DANIELLE TREMAIN
Talent Manager
Aside from her almost human friendship with her Burmese cat, Dolly, it’s safe to say that Danielle is very much a people person. She’s also a person who’s experienced a diverse range of roles within television. And those two things combined make for an extraordinarily intuitive talent manager.

Danielle launched her TV career in 2004 on Channel 4’s daily, live Richard & Judy Show, where she was later promoted to the role of producer. Many programmes later, Danielle established herself as a freelance producer and senior producer, making shows for leading broadcasters including the BBC, Sky and ITV, as well as content for major brands.

Before taking a career break to raise her three children, Danielle worked on everything from This Morning and Surprise Surprise to multiple series of TOWIE, including oversees specials. Recognising her flair for matching people with programmes, she then re-entered the workplace as part time Talent Manager for Studio Lambert, before bringing her sharpened skills to Nest Productions.

JAMIE WYATT
Production Assistant
Jamie joined Nest in 2022, after following up his Masters in Filmmaking with a year working across different programme formats in a variety of roles, including location assistant, production assistant and HSS/Covid supervisor – an experience which gave him a thorough introduction to each department and the challenges they face.

A man with a foot in two countries, Jamie now spreads his personal and working lives across England and Spain, regularly enjoying the sunnier climes of the latter in the company of his pet turtle, whilst also responding to calls for support on the productions of his firmly established professional Spanish network, and forging links between Nest and its Spanish counterparts.

A boon to Nest Productions, Jamie has a knack for communication, problem solving, location scouting and research, alongside generally getting stuff done. He’s also a qualified Mental Health First Aider and brings an abundance of positive energy and enthusiasm to everything and everyone he encounters.

LAUREN GRIFFITHS
Trainee Production Manager
Voted in her school yearbook as the person most likely to become a private investigator, Lauren has found another way of exploiting her unrelenting attention to detail, whilst also indulging her love of TV: production management. And boy, are we glad.

With a career that began in 2018, when she worked voluntarily on Channel 4’s Tattoo Fixers, and a rapid promotion after that from office runner to production co-ordinator, Lauren is on a speedy trajectory through the ranks. She joins Nest as a trainee production manager; we can only imagine where she’ll be within another few years – or maybe even months!

Having already worked across multiple genres and formats in entertainment, factual, reality and documentaries, Lauren’s clocked up an impressive list of credits, including The Supervet (C4), Dance Monsters (Netflix), Love In The Flesh (BBC3), Fred and Rose West, and The Secret Murders with Trevor McDonald (ITV).

SANJA GRIFFITHS
Production Manager
A born explorer who thrives on new challenges and experiences, Sanja’s adventures in TV land have already seen her working on a wide variety of projects for both UK and international broadcasters, setting up shoots – and often seeing them through to delivery – in locations as diverse as the Isles of Scilly to the remote wilderness of Siberia.

Before joining Nest Productions in 2021, Sanja spent four years traversing the TV production landscape, starting with work experience at production company, Wall to Wall, before going on to assist with the making of programmes such as Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild (Channel 5), Unearthed (Discovery Science), Europe from Above, and Lost Treasures of Egypt (National Geographic).

Sanja enjoys working on multiple projects at a time, loves organising international shoots, and is most passionate about travel documentaries – especially those with new or unexpected formats. Wondering how she maintains her boundless momentum? Calm evenings lost in books and jigsaws.

GABY LAZERUS
Production Manager
Gaby joined Nest Productions after 15 years of working in prime-time TV across a multitude of genres, including entertainment, reality (scripted and non-scripted), cooking, comedy, and panel shows. She’s since added online gaming to the list, having been the production manager on our client, MonRae’s brand new Let’s Game… series for Sky.

A problem-solver of the highest order, Gaby doesn’t only cope with the constant challenges that come with TV production; she actively enjoys them. If ever evidence were needed, this is a woman who, in her own words, ‘survived’ being the production manager on no less than three series of the Channel 4 comedy show, Celebrity Juice.

Her many other credits include a raft of productions for ITV Studios, including Dancing on Ice, Come Dine with Me, Peter Andre: My Life, and an incredible six series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here. She also spent a year with Australia’s Endemol Shine, working on global hits Junior Masterchef and Australia’s Next Top Model.

FLOURY CRUM
Production Executive
With a career that took flight on the Amsterdam film festival scene, Floury arrived in the UK in 2009 to work with Sheffield’s DocFest, where she assisted filmmakers in securing international funding for their feature documentaries. Luckily for us, her next move saw her swoop into television production.

Over the proceeding decade and working with numerous production companies, including Oxford Films, Windfall Films, and Love Productions, Floury produced content for broadcasters across Europe, the UK and the US, putting the likes of A&E in the Warzone (C4), Queen of the World (ITV/HBO), and Inside the Met (PBS/BBC) among her credits.

Unfazed by a challenge, Floury deftly moves between production management extremes, having worked with both big and small budgets, on studio shoots and in hostile environments, and on both fast turn-around content for digital platforms and lengthy productions for multiple TV broadcasters.

ABOUT US

OUR STORY
Nest came into being after we spotted a growing need for production management support outside the realms of traditional TV – and an urgent need for friendly and fair production support within it.

Now, with teams across the UK, Nest is trusted by its creative partners and clients to provide the infrastructure and support needed to turn ideas into TV reality (not reality TV – although we can do that, too). Every year, we’re trusted to manage production budgets amounting to over £100 million and much of that is repeat business.

At Nest, no task is impossible – in fact, we actively seek out projects that break boundaries and pose new challenges. Everyone at Nest has a solid background in television and we love using the expertise we’ve acquired throughout our respective careers to help ambitious people and productions succeed.
